Stanley Cup Pool - 2011 Edition

The Stanley Cup Playoffs are in the air & I couldn't be happier.. Welcome back everyone! To those that are first time visitors, welcome & I hope you decide to register and enjoy the playoffs with us.

We're entering our 8th or 9th (I've lost count) year of running this years pool, the last 5 have been online throught various incarnations of this site. Last year pool marked the largest to date with 80+ entries and over $2000.00 in prizes.

Not only are American cities winning Stanley Cups - they're now winning our pools as well. For the 1st time in ZamboniNation history, last years winner called USA home.

Now lets get to the point - significant changes this year include

• Goals are now worth two points.
• Removed maximum limit of players selected from a single team.
• Eliminated the bracket pools - too little participation
• Comments added for daily updates & to encourage conversation. I get lots of great emails but seldom do I have time to discuss in detail.
