Make it Seven

No I'm not talking about Jim Basialle's failed attempt to bring an NHL team to Hamilton, I'm talking about the Sharks-Red Wings series going the distance.

Can someone clarify this for me? Does the "C" on Joe Thornton's jersey stands for Choke? After seeing San Jose blow 3rd period leads in 2 of the last 3 games, you'll have a hard time convincing me otherwise. The naysayers are back to ragging on the Sharks & rightly so.

Regardless of whoever wins this series, I'll still be rooting them over the Canucks. Bascially, whoever plays Vancouver from here on out is the team I'll be cheering for. Why you say? Luuuser I mean Luongo aside, Vancouver, even though their they only Canadian team left, they're also only team left in the playoffs that doesn't have a Newfie on the roster. These Newf's aren't playing bit roles either. Teddy Purcell (Tampa), Michael Ryder (Boston), Dan Cleary (Detroit) & Ryan Clowe (San Jose) have all played large roles in getting their teams to this point.

This being said, I will say however I've a new respect for Kevin Bieksa after reading this article. Sounds like a regular joker.

Game 7 is tomorrow in San Jose. Hopefully Clowe is back in the lineup to lead the Sharks to victory. Having 2 teams overcome 3-0 series leads in 2 straight years is just too much to handle!
